- The Met Council will recap the work so far, connections to Imagine 2050, and intentions going forward.
9:55 (5 min) DISCUSSION 1: Why does collaborating around water matter to you? What does success look like?
- “Think-Pair-Share” exercise: 2 minutes of individual writing, then paired discussion with Mentimeter poll.
- Outcome: The “why” for working together is described, to ground the work going forward.
10:00 (10 min) DISCUSSION 2: Review previously-identified actions, prioritize, and clarify roles
- Worksheet review and group discussion: 10 minutes of individual work.
- Outcome: Actions are verified and roles and priorities clarified.
10:10 (30 min) DISCUSSION 3: Schedule/prioritize actions in the West Metro Action Plan
- Small and large group discussion using results of discussion #2.
- Outcome: Shared priorities are identified with leads and partners. This will shape 2026 subregional collaboration.
10:40 (10 min) DISCUSSION 4: Next steps to plan for 2026
- Large group discussion and Mentimeter poll to inform collaboration in 2026.
- Outcome: Group identifies who else should be included, how often to meet in 2026, and what resources are needed to support the identified work.

- Expect a follow-up from this meeting – notes, request for additional information.
- Met Council staff will work with the core team to propose a plan for future meetings.
