    • Approval of the use of project contingency in the amount of $14,571,036.67 for Change Order 181 to the Systems Tunnel Facilities Contract with Aldridge – Parsons, a Joint Venture, for claims resolution costs associated with an extension of time to the contract, and for Systems maintenance activities.

    • Approval of the use of project contingency in the amount of $1,759,180.03 for Change Order 175 to the Systems and Tunnel Facilities (STF) Contract with Aldridge Parsons, a Joint Venture (APJV) to construct the systems elements of the Hopkins pocket track.

  5. Resolution 26-ECCB-006                                                                                    Approval  

    • Approval of the use of project contingency in the amount of $420,000 for Change Order 170 to the Systems and Tunnel Facilities (STF) Contract with Aldridge Parsons, a Joint Venture (APJV) to furnish and install cameras, emergency telephones, card readers, and associated cabling in the Beltline Boulevard Station parking ramp.
